La Jolla, Baah Yarn’s most popular and sought-after product is a fingering weight yarn, made of 100% superwash merino wool. Each unique skein of Baah Yarn La Jolla is carefully hand painted in small batches in their Southern California studio, using only high-quality yarn and professional grade dyes. Please keep in mind that the colors shown on your screen may vary due to differences in computer screen calibration. As with all hand-dyed yarns, each skein takes on a slightly different appearance (even when dyed together!) No two will look identical, which makes each skein unique!

Note about Hand Dyed Yarns – While we love the exquisite colors available in hand dyed yarns, there can be significant variations from skein to skein. Please follow these guidelines to ensure success:

    • Purchase enough yarn to complete your project, allowing for a bit of overage, just in case!
    • Not all differences in skeins is obvious when comparing skeins.
    • For projects that require 2 or more skeins, we highly recommend blending your skeins by using 2 balls at once, alternating every couple of rows from each ball. This should blend any variations between skeins.
