Skills Learned:
The first in our Foundations of Knitting Series, this class will teach you how to do a long-tail cast-on, knit, purl, bind-off and learn to recognize stitches. You will also learn the stockinette, ribbing and garter stitch patterns and practice these while working to gain confidence with your knitting. At the end of the class you’ll receive patterns for simple projects for you to continue practicing on your own.
