Rasta is another hand-dyed yarn from Malabrigo and is available in dozens of gorgeous colors from interesting tonals to bright variegated color blends.  It is a lightly-fulled single-ply yarn of magnum proportions! Whip out a super-cozy accessory in just hours with this super-sized delight of a yarn. Unbelievably squishy, this is the yarn to turn to when you want the ultimate in warmth (or the ultimate in speed!)

Fiber Content – 100% Merino Wool
    Weight – Super Bulky
    Gauge – 8 - 10 sts = 4" (10cm)
    Needle Size – US 13 - 19 / 9 - 15mm
    Hook Size – US N - Q / 10 - 15 mm
    Skein Weight – 5.29 oz / 150 grams
    Skein Yardage - 90 yards / 82 meters
Care – Handwash in cold water. Lay flat to dry.
    Country of Origin – Uruguay

Many colors do not have dye lots, and those that do, are dyed in lots of 10. Any project requiring more than 10 skeins will require more than one dye lot.

Note about Hand Dyed Yarns – While we love the exquisite colors available in hand dyed yarns, there can be significant variations from skein to skein. Please follow these guidelines to ensure success:

    • Purchase enough yarn to complete your project, allowing for a bit of overage, just in case!
    • Not all differences in skeins are obvious when comparing skeins.
    • For projects that require 2 or more skeins, we highly recommend blending your skeins by using 2 balls at once, alternating every couple of rows from each ball. This should blend any variations between skeins.
